AeroMech has completed an FAA supplemental type certificate (STC) on behalf of JVYS for use of MIL-PRF-83282 hydraulic fluid as an acceptable alternative to the original MIL-PRF-5606 fluid on the U.S. Army's TH-67 Creek (Bell Model 206B) helicopters.

The MIL-PRF-83282 hydraulic fluid is a synthetic hydrocarbon-base fluid which is significantly more flame resistant than the original 5606 fluid.  In addition, this certification also enables the U.S. Army to have fleet commonality within their helicopters models.
