Available Positions:

Airworthiness Certification Engineer

This position is located at our office in Mukilteo, WA, near Paine Field. This is an entry or mid-level position depending on relevant experience. The hired individual will be mentored (if required) to learn how FAA part 23 / part 25 airworthiness certification requirements apply to various STC programs. The hired individual will eventually play a key role in overseeing the certification data, documents and deliverables that apply to various STC programs.

Tasks are not limited to, but will eventually include the following:

1. Development of project specific certification plans (PSCPs), compliance checklists, and other documents to support STC project applications.

2. Supporting the AeroMech ODA administrator and periodically assisting with ODA recurring tasks.

3. Manage the certification data, documents, and deliverables that apply to various STC projects, and communicate with the key technical focals who are responsible for developing and/or approving the data and documents.

4. Program management and oversight for various STC programs.

Preferences Include:

  • 2-10 years of relevant experience with FAA part 25/part 23 airworthiness certification.

  • Past working relationship with the FAA and/or ODAs is preferred, but not required.

  • Excellent project management skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must present well in front of current and prospective customers, vendors, and other companies that work with AeroMech.

This is a full-time position.

Salary: There is a large range provided - relevant experience is a key factor in the final salary offered.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.
