Supply Chain Manager
AeroMech is seeking a Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for leading AeroMech's centralized Supply Chain organization, ensuring the timely procurement, receipt, inventory management, and availability of materials required to support manufacturing, repair operations, engineering, and other business functions. Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Leadership
Lead the centralized Supply Chain organization supporting all AeroMech business units.

Required Qualifications:
Experience
5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, materials management, or manufacturing operations

Aviation Mechanical Drafter

This position is located at our office in Mukilteo, WA, with potential travel to customers and installation sites as required.
The Mechanical Drafter will support aircraft modification and sustainment activities by developing, maintaining and updating detailed mechanical and structural design packages for FAA STC programs, primarily using SolidWorks. This role is responsible for creating, updating, and reviewing parts, assembly, and installation drawings for aircraft systems and equipment installations. The position also supports configuration management activities and ensures drawing packages remain accurate and up to date throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements include:
At least three (3) years of previous experience developing mechanical part drawings, assembly drawings, and installation drawings for equipment that is installed in aircraft.
Proficiency with SolidWorks and / or analogous mechanical design software is required.

Job Title: Structural Mechanic and Part Fabricator

Position Summary
AeroMech is seeking a Structural Mechanic and Part Fabricator to support aircraft modification and production activities at Sanford, FL facility. This position is responsible for fabricating, assembling, fitting, drilling, and riveting structural components and avionics-related assemblies used in aircraft upgrade and installation programs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working from engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble aircraft structural components and avionics-related parts from blueprints and engineering drawings
Perform assembly, fitting, drilling, countersinking, and riveting operations to required specifications
Use pneumatic drills, rivet guns, countersinks, files, reamers, and related hand tools
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets
Determine rivet sizes, hole patterns, and assembly sequences
Align and assemble parts using jigs, fixtures, clamps, pins, and fasteners

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Avionics Technician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in aircraft electrical and electronics systems. As AeroMech implements Vista-Suite across its operations, this position will play a critical role in ensuring the system is properly configured, maintained, and utilized throughout the organization. The ERP Systems & Data Manager will oversee system administration, data integrity, user management, reporting, process development, troubleshooting, training, and ongoing optimization.
This role will also have primary administrative responsibility for AeroMech's electronic recordkeeping environment, including coordination with the FAA regarding electronic signatures, electronic records compliance, and applicable audits, surveillance activities, and inspections.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Vista-Suite power user and system administrator who understands both the technical capabilities of the platform and the operational processes behind the data.
Key Responsibilities:
Vista-Suite System Administration
Serve as AeroMech's primary system owner, administrator, and internal subject matter expert for Vista-Suite Enterprise.
Manage system configuration, administrative settings, user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls.

Establish and maintain companywide standards for Vista-Suite usage.
