AeroMech Expands Starlink STC Portfolio to Include Hawker 700, 800 and 900 Series Aircraft
MUKILTEO, Wash. - Hawker 700, 800 and 900 series operators can now equip their aircraft with Starlink high-speed, low latency internet and enjoy streaming, video conferencing and global connectivity thanks to a new Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) supplemental type certificate (STC) awarded to AeroMech Incorporated (www.aeromechinc.com).
AeroMech will provide the STC and FAA PMA installation kits to Authorized Starlink Dealers, while its wholly owned subsidiary, AMI Aviation Services, is now accepting orders for equipment packages and booking Starlink installation appointments.
“Starlink is transforming the expectations of connectivity in aviation, and AeroMech is proud to be part of that transformation.” said AeroMech COO, Anthony Wiederkehr II.
AeroMech now holds FAA STCs covering Starlink installations on a wide range of aircraft, including the Beechcraft King Air 200/300 Series, Cessna Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+/XLS Gen2, Cessna Citation X/X+, Cessna Caravan and Grand Caravan EX, Cessna Citation Sovereign/Sovereign+, Cessna Citation Latitude, Cessna Citation Longitude and Hawker 700, 800 and 900 Series Aircraft.
AeroMech’s wholly owned subsidiary, AMI Aviation Services, has completed over 75 Starlink installations, building a proven track record of expertise and efficient turnarounds. Operators benefit from AMI’s ability to return aircraft to service quickly, whether installations are performed at its facilities in Orlando/Sanford (KSFB) and Nashville/Smyrna (KMQY), or through its mobile “go-team,” which performs installations at customer-preferred locations.
